Regional Business Development Role - Property Acquisition

- Identifies locations that could enhance brand visibility and run successful store operations.

- Negotiate with shopping mall owners to procure space for the new store and convincing them about the business.

- Develop a great business relationship with mall owners or third party leasing agents to keep a few stores in the pipeline for the future projects, for the next financial year.

- Negotiate the rent of stores to maintain a targeted rent to revenue ratio.

- Coordinate with project team to ensure that the store is ready within time.

- Coordinate with landlord/leasing party to ensure that they deliver the required/agreed upon materials and resources and rent out the store on time.
