Purpose -

To lead the business growth for the South region with prime focus on increasing retail footprints, managingstrong day to day operations and thereby delivering customer delight through our EBOs in the region.

KPI:

1. Profitable sales growth in the EBOs and thereby driving retail KPI's at the stores.

2. Aggressive expansion of EBO's across the region. Timely, high-quality rollout of new stores.

3. Strong operational processes to be implemented at the stores.

4. Inventory management

5. Financial compliances at the stores.

6. Customer delight ratings and repeat customer rates.

Key Responsibility:

Growth/P&L/Operations

1. Drive Retail KPI's at the existing stores with a strong understanding of business led by a number of initiatives.

- Strong L2L growth across the region.

- Drive profitability for the business across the region.

2. Responsible for new store opening processes.

- Identify right locations and coordinate with the mall leasing team/landlords and the internal commercial/legal team signoffs for the same.

- Coordinate high-visibility, timely rollout of the store fitouts.

- Drive store launch plans in coordination with VM & Marketing Team.

3. Strong operational hygiene to be maintained at the stores.

- Implementing the SOPs.

- Suggest better ideas to improve the existing processes.

4. Competition benchmarking.

- Should be hands on with the various competitors' sales numbers and their best practices.

5. Should track the store's inventory on a regular basis & ensure inventory control through surprise audits.

- Ensuring stock availability across categories, sell through management and shrinkage control.

6. Offers & Promotions to be run at the store - to plan & execute based on data & competition.

7. Strong financial compliances & highlighting if any store variances.

- Monitoring and controlling cash/ card / UPI settlements & petty cash spends.
