Responsibilities:.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential locations for new coffee outlets, considering demographics, competition, and consumer behavior.. Property Scouting: Proactively search for suitable properties and negotiate lease agreements for new coffee outlets in alignment with the company's standards and requirements
- Expansion Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic expansion plan for the West region, outlining key milestones and objectives for opening new cafe coffee outlets
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, real estate agents, and property developers to ensure a pipeline of viable locations for expansion.. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution of new outlet openings
- Compliance: Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements related to property acquisition and business operations are adhered to in the West region.. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial feasibility studies and prepare budgets for new outlets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.. Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate the performance of existing outlets and provide insights for improvement or expansion adjustments
- Qualifications:. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the retail or food and beverage industry.. Strong negotiation and communication skills
