Primary Responsibilities :
- Must have experience in handling Dental Equipments / Implants. Will handle entire West Region(Maharashtra, Goa,MP,Rajasthan and Gujarat)
- The manager will be responsible for the whole of the Regional dental business - sales, channels, and operations.
- Managing day to day business operations. Ensuring performance metrics of revenue, margin and share are met. Maintaining accurate forecasts, enhancing customer and dealer relationships.
- Develop Co. comprehensive multi-year strategic plan for establishing a very strong presence in Region - working closely with the Co.Indian and regional leadership.
- Establish Dental Systems as a leading brand in Region. Develop strong corporate relationships with key dental institutions, luminaries, associations and regulatory bodies.
- Implement new go-to-market model for Dental in Region. Establish strong local presence in geographies with high digital growth. Create a well-structured channel network. Rapidly re-organize and expand digital channel networks, drive dealer performance for revenue growth, enhance sales & technical capability. Partner with the Medical Sales teams to exploit their strong relationships within hospitals sector.
- Pro-actively drive marketing, product launches and promotions programs. Execute launch of new technology / high-end solutions to accelerate our advance into the high-end digital terrain.

- This individual must be focused, pro-active and energetic leader for the Regional Dental Business. Exhibits enthusiasm, professionalism and integrity.
- The manager will have proven experience in developing and executing a strategy that positions a medical/dental business.
- This individual must have strong medical/dental digital & software background to supporting a rapidly growing, high margin equipment/software business.
- Excellent Team player that works collaboratively with colleagues, management and all points of the organization. Demonstrated experience successfully working with and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer interaction skill and customer focus. Strong customer advocate. Balances the needs of the client with responsibilities to the company.
Salary range: 11 - 16 LPA
