We are looking at Regional Brand Manager for a leading FMCG company.

JOB TITLE: Regional Brand Manager

JOB LOCATION: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Lead OTIF delivery of projects: range architecture is designed to address key barriers to deo usage and accelerate market development. A strong set of innovation are in the pipeline to ensure swift roll out and ensure that we accelerate market development.

- Market Development and create thought leadership: As the lead for driving Market Development the individual needs to be in the constant hunt for the best practices of ideas, initiatives and actions that can help in driving Asia MD Roadmap. The individual will play a key role to develop clarity on next generation Market Development and a clear plan to fill the funnel until 2015.

- Opportunity to Low Income Consumers: As the lead for market development the team needs to look at new opportunities to provide irresistible products to the massive low income consumers.

- Applicator Strategy Development: Key to growing the Asia will be the right applicator. He will need to a build a comprehensive applicator strategy that ensures that consumer see the benefits of the applicators and help us to upgrade.

- Create an innovation culture within team: The role constantly needs to test and recycle innovative ideas to create path breaking and disruptive innovation.

- Deep understanding of consumer, markets and trends based on objective analysis of CMI strategic and tracking data.

Direct Reports Key Interfaces -

- Global Brand Team: Liase and provide regional input to global projects

- Creative agency, Media agency and 3rd party BTL, Digital agencies: Liase

- BD Managers: Seek input on project scope and expectation

- CMI: Obtains information on consumers, shoppers and customers and analyses for opportunities

- BB: Seeking OpCo input to the mix and ensuring flawless launch of the mixes
