One of our MNC customer is looking for a Operations Manager at various locations.

Education - Graduate. Preferably MBA

Experience : 5+ years in logistics, Cargo, courier industries in Operation Management/ Branch Management Function.

- Overall Accountability for Branch Operations.

- Effectively handling Day to day Logistics, Operations, maintenance and route optimization

- Fleet Management

- Manpower Management

- Liaison with government bodies (RTO, Police and Municipal etc)

- Handling Employee Relations matters

- Provide efficient and effective customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.

- Effectively handle process related improvements

- Hiring, Managing and developing a proactive professional team
