Job Responsibility:
Manager a team of Relationship Managers
Manage a base of customer relationships.
- Accountable for managing the Retail, Wholesale and Investment business of the entire branch.
- Recruiting, training, guiding the relationship managers on the entire bouquet of bank products and equipping them with the required knowledge, skills to ensure successful sales and achievement of branch targets across the Retail, Wholesale and Investment businesses.
- Comprehensive Tax Planning, Investment and Portfolio advice, Financial planning for HNW customers.
- Wealth Management of clients by conducting detailed Financial Planning and subsequently suggesting a product mix of Equities, Structured Products, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, RBI Bonds, Capital Gains Bonds as per the clients needs.
- Provide effective solutions to corporate for Business Banking, Working Capital Requirement, Financing Solutions Advisory, Trade Finance, and Forward Contracts.
- Engaging HNW customers through Joint calls with Relationship Managers.
- Ensuring penetration of all the income generating products of the bank by increasing thrust on cross sell and ensuring maximum products are held by the bank customers.
- Ensuring the achievement of Targets by the Relationship Managers.
