Job Description - Spear head the business operations for West Region
- Net sales, Distribution and Share of market
- Drive Region profitability through efficient deployment of regional budget and portfolio management
- Design and execution of Sales Strategy in- line with the organizational growth aspiration
- Route to Market, Infrastructure and Capability development
The Successful Candidate - Total 7 -12 years Sales experience out of which minimum 5 years in retail FMCG Sales environment
- Experienced in Regional Business strategy development and Deployment
- Strong demonstrated Leadership skills
- Sound knowledge and exposure to Route-to-market strategy and execution
