Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of our general insurance products and services with PNB and Bank of Baroda branches across Haryana.
- Drive significant sales growth by identifying and leveraging opportunities to increase market penetration and market share within the assigned territory.
- Conduct thorough market analyses and competitor assessments to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing corrective actions and data-driven strategies to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing ongoing coaching and development to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Prepare insightful reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics for senior management, utilizing data analysis to refine sales strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies within the bancassurance channel.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in managing PSU bank relationships within the general insurance sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving significant business growth within the bancassurance channel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with bank officials, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team\
