Looking for a Region Sales Manager ( West ) for an MNC FMCG, based at Mumbai.
A Post Grad in Management / MBA from Premiere B. School with at least 8-9 years of Sales experience of which last 1 years as a Region Head in a MNC FMCG.
KRA's :
- Develop Region Sales & Distribution plans by geography in line with overall S&D and Category strategy.
- To align Sales & Distribution plans with sales teams across Branches and ensure effective implementation and periodic review of the same.
- Ensure achievement of the Sales & Distribution plan as agreed by geography.
- Provide inputs to the Category Development Manager / NSM / SBU on product, packaging & pricing decisions.
- Being a part of the Leadership team of the Region, to provide Category insights basis superior category understanding, region specific industry dynamics and competitive intelligence.
- To be the lead resource in assimilating, sharing & replication of best practices in Sales & Distribution basis internal and external learnings.
- Coordinate and ensure quality of Estimation as a key input to the Supply chain management process.
