Region Sales Manager - FMCG

Our client is looking for a Female talent for the role of RSM, based at Delhi.

- A Female, with a Post Grad in Mgmt from IIM's/XLRI/SPJIMR etc. with 5- 7 years of work exp. in Sales & Business Development in an FMCG environment, would ideally fit into this role.

- The main purpose of the role is to drive business performance of the Category in the North Region.

- The role will report to the Head of the Region, while she will be reported by the ASM's directly.

KRA's :

- Looking after the activities of the ASM's & field sales staff to ensure compliance with business plan and company policies.

- Works with marketing & Supply Chain team to influence stratify and provide forecasts.

- Managing budgets, forecasts and reports.

- Working closely with the Region Head to define and direct the strategy for the region.

- Coach and guide the team for smooth execution process.
