Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for implementation of HR Strategy along with business strategy.
- Accountable for communicating and implementing global and local programs and processes within own business areas. Focus on employee relations and IR Management.
- Local candidates with command over local language will be preferred; Independently manage the HR Function, and respond to managers, employees, leadership.
- Develop effective business partner relationship with the business areas
- Accountable for driving HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement activities
- Ensure smooth administration of payroll and benefits
- End to End ownership of employee life cycle activities
