Job Description-
RSM - Alternate Channel Sales
The RSM- Modern Trade will be responsible for:
Build Sound Infrastructure for Modern Trade/GT Pharmacy/Stand Alone Stores/MR Channel to meet organization objectives
Key Accounts management
Achieving agreed sales targets.
Training, motivation and control of the field force
Management of distribution infrastructure: Depots / C&Fas / Distributors / Retailers
BTL activities in the area
Ensure allsales related process are adhered to by the team
Profile :
- The candidate will need to be a seasoned Sales Manager with solid experience in FMCG sales. He should have worked extensively in the North region
- Specialized in Channel Sales, Distributors, Hyper Markets and Large Corporate Accounts.
- The ideal candidate should have worked in sales of packaged foods (Biscuits Breakfast Cereals / Snack Foods) with an MNC / well organized Indian Company
- He should be a dynamic go getter with a strong focus on delivering results. He should be able to function effectively on his own in a relatively unstructured environment
