Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders on key strategic priorities; provide input into aligning Talent Development strategy with business goals
- Provide input into the annual plan and budget to execute learning and talent development activities
- Involve in capacity planning of learning programs prior to fiscal start, working closely with other teams to establish processes
- Act as a learning and talent development business advisor on effective and leading-edge learning and development strategies to achieve business goals
Management:
- Plan and run key leadership and professional development programs at partnering with the business, vendors, and HR teams. This includes vendor management , participation, facilitator onboarding, train the trainer workshops and end to end program management on the day of the program
- Review program effectiveness by keeping track of regular attendance/ no-shows
- Ensure world class practitioner experience through seamless delivery and seek feedback regularly to determine ROI
- Continuously look for new ways to bring leading edge technologies and concepts to enhance the learning of practitioners
- Design and rollout key stakeholder and practitioner communications such as TTT and program schedules, practice-wide communications, learning SPOCs communications, etc.
- Manage L&D investment through effective planning, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management
- Use learning measurement and analytics to assess program efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that all key learning metrics are measured, published and leveraged for decision making
- Support innovative ways of problem solving through formal and informal learning solutions
Content Development & Efficacy :
- Own quality and standard of content/ courses developed
- Implement a robust model of job role-based career frameworks and career learning paths to align courses
- Ensure high-level instructional design to develop lesson plans and facilitator guides for scalable standardized training
- Ensure high quality and standard metrics for a standardized quality driven process. Build and manage measurable KPIs and success metrics for the team. Plan and manage resource needs as well as budgets and costs.
Data and Reporting:
- Demonstrate initiative in gathering feedback and data from various sources,, improving learning and development programs, and constantly moving learning to the next level
- Produce metric scorecards for learning programs as appropriate
- Prepare debrief presentations to assist with the facilitation of program delivery discussions
Qualification, Experience, Skills:
- 10+ years of deep experience in Learning and Development/Talent Development in an array of organizations focused on international markets.
- Experience in overall training process management, training needs identification, vendor management, project management, cross-border stakeholder management, financial management
- Strong understanding of L&OD practices and methodologies
- Relevant experience in executing learning strategy/processes
- Experience in stakeholder management and end-to-end program management
- Handle a team of trainers that manage stakeholders across various business units
- Excellent communication skills
- High levels of proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to have a keen eye for data and analysis for meaningful insights is an added advantage
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- Instructional design quality and best practices
- Excellent grasp of modern adult learning principles
- Experienced at managing large teams and parallel projects
- Working with outsourced partner/vendor operations
- Ability for fast redressal of trainer/ participants/ client grievances and actionable items
- Excellent understanding of LMS, SCORM and other technologies for content delivery
- Ability to prepare and interpret reports, flow charts, work breakdown, and schedules
- Ability to understand technical training requirements
- Set up robust and scalable processes for end-to-end content development, management and delivery
- Ensure a platform and data driven content delivery mechanism
- Bring process improvements through automation and technology adoption, building processes and systems that can track the efficacy of training consistently
- Generate actionable reports for transparent visibility into training health of all course pipelines, training health, support tracking, reporting and insight generation of key performance indicators of process/operational excellence in a timely manner
