Refyne - Program Manager - Service Implementation

The Role:

We're currently searching for an experienced program manager to join our Implementation team and continue our tradition of success.

If you're the ideal candidate, you will have a proven ability to strategize and implement time and mission-critical program initiatives, along with strong business acumen. You will have a visible talent for project coordination and delegation. You are motivated by the desire to nurture program success from inception to completion.

What you'll do -

1) Ability to think strategically & lead, prioritize & meet critical deadlines

2) Ensure timely launch and delivery of Refyne products and services

3) Develop and maintain strategic and results-oriented relationships with all internal stakeholders: Growth, Marketing Product, Engineering, Credit Risk, Finance, and Account Management

4) Serve as the single point of contact for clients as well as internal stakeholders until the successful implementation and delivery

5) Assume complete ownership of all client communication from the point of engagement until delivery

6) Work closely with the Product and Engineering organizations to develop and design effective solutions to meet client requirements

7) Prioritize client requirements while keeping in view the larger strategic objectives of the organization

8) Seamlessly transfer successfully launched client implementations to Account Managers, and continue to support them until the account has attained stability

Gather, report, and communicate clients' feedback on service, technology, and product delivery

9) Continuously refine and improve implementation and delivery processes

What we're looking at:

1) PMP-certified project management professional

2) 6 to 8 years of work experience in delivering mission-critical projects

3) Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously

4) Experienced in managing multiple internal stakeholders in a complex and dynamic environment

5) Proficiency in English - written & verbal

6) Skilled in networking & building relationships

7) Ability to think strategically & lead, prioritize & meet critical deadlines
