Senior Content Marketer B2C
The Role:
- We're looking for someone who enjoys the freedom to experiment and wants to drive a fast-paced work environment as a leader.
- The candidate would be expected to execute initiatives that reach, educate and nurture Refyne's relationship with employees or employers.
- The candidate should be able to read, assimilate and organize lots of information and at a quick pace. Great language skills, ability to write compelling stories with respect to timelines.
What you'll do:
1) Marketing Campaigns:
- Co-own the entire strategy and writing process - research, developing the structure, and writing crisp and clean content - emails, SMS, push, physical and digital collaterals, brochures, landing pages, presentation slides, video scripts the whole works
- Execution - Execute your created content & strategy using a robust marketing automation platform
- Analytics - Take an active interest in analyzing metrics of all campaigns rolled out
- Use the feedback to improve conversion and engagement metrics
- Localization - work with collaborators to make sure content is localized to regional geographies within India
2) Content Calendar:
- Co-develop the content calendar by collaborating actively with the rest of the team
- Ensure these ideas are aligned with keyword research. Maintain a quarterly lead on content planning
3) Content Production:
- Take end to end responsibility of working with graphic designers and video editors/makers to produce and deliver content
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. 6+ years of experience as a copywriter or content writer. Prior start-up or fintech experience is a huge plus. Multilingualism will be a plus
- Must be organized, enthusiastic, results-oriented, innovative, and able to deal with tight deadlines while working effectively in a team environment
- Excellent knowledge of business and marketing strategy, concepts, tools, and techniques, including promotions, direct mail, customer relations, and advertising
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make recommendations to change approach or strategy
- Strategic and creative thinker with a track record of driving results
- Familiarity with tools like Web Engage, Google analytics
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process documentation
- Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skills
- Experience/consistent performance in the deadline-oriented environment due to tight time restraints and volume of work
- Ability to manage multiple projects and juggle priorities
- Clear, effective communicator verbally and in writing with the ability to be persuasive
- Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity. An uncompromising approach to hitting deadlines
- Results-oriented; proven ability to prioritize, drive and achieve results through self and others under time pressure
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Editorial mind-set that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
- Ability to analyze and present content and social performance
- Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of traffic, leads and sales
