The Role
We are actively looking for a skilled and experienced Associate Manager - Finance Operations Expert to become an integral part of our dynamic team at Refyne. As a key member of our organization, you will take on a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing finance operations. This position is ideal for a passionate professional with a strong aptitude for financial analysis, automation, and exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate and address challenges in finance operations.
What you'll do:
Financial Operations:
- Lead and manage day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce manual interventions.
Problem Solving and Analysis:
- Apply analytical skills to crunch numbers, identify trends, and solve complex problems in finance operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
Automation Strategy:
- Play a key role in driving the automation strategy within the finance operations domain.
- Evaluate and implement technological solutions to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
Passion for Lending:
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for the lending industry, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
-Ensure that finance operations align with the goals and objectives of Refyne.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in finance operations, with a proven track record of progressively.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships and trust with clients and internal teams.
- Manage multiple merchants, Clients, and preparation of MIS data and reports on a monthly level.
- Hands on experience in Settlement process, Personal loans and Customer queries around financial details.
- Handling of consumer lending, Salary deductions, Advance salary process payouts.
- Experience in building the process and providing insights to management on automations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to new challenges and technologies quickly.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
