Reflections Info Systems - Finance Analyst

Introduction :

We are looking for 2-4 years of experienced candidates for Business Finance Operations.

Responsibilities include:

- Preparation / Review of monthly P&L for the organization with high rate of accuracy

- Work together with the Finance leadership and account stakeholders to provide analytical support of the budgeting/forecast process, delivering well supported and documented financial plans as well as to help them understand their financial drivers, and deliver accurate, insightful and timely analysis of financial results compared against forecasts and budget

- Variance analysis of actuals with respect to Budgeted and Forecasted values

- Support in building financial / commercial models, deal pricing

- Tracking and reporting various investments run by the organization

- Meet the time lines for completion for projects / plans

- Continuous contribution towards process improvement and managing special requests and collaborating on in house projects

- Any adhoc responsibilities assigned

Certifications :

MBA Finance / CMA

Primary Skills :

- Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes

- Good finance and business accumen and understanding of market dynamics

- Ability to quickly learn the organization policies and processes

- Analytic frame of mind

- Ability to understand client needs and present solution

- Ability to work in complex cross functional environment

- Excellent time management and multi tasking abilities with an ability to meet multiple deadlines

- Good communication skills

- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Powerpoint
