Refinery Process Manager

Purpose of the Role:-

- The purpose of this position is to provide technical leadership, operations experience, continuous improvement and project management skills in a plant support capacity that ensures safe, efficient and low cost plant operatio

Key Deliverables of the Role:-

- Working closely with process engineers to ensure the refinery is set up to provide maximum output levels and efficient running of the production facility

- Investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems

- Responsible for evaluating existing processes and configuring manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process

- Scanning external environment with the latest/applicable technologies and applying new technologies wherever applicable

- Designing, installing and commissioning modifications and upgrades in the refinery

- Create TPM master plan and oversee progress and issue resolution against the master plan

- Ensure coordination of TPM education across the site

- Capability building of operating engineers and staff.

- Support product/process change activities through Change Management system.

- Project management expertise.

Reporting Relationships:-

- Reporting to Factory Head

Growth Path & Future:-

- Incumbent can undergo exposure to various aspects of factory operation and can go on lead a factory unit

Qualification & Experience:-

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or B.Tech in Oil Technology from a reputed institute

- Overall 8-12 years’ experience with atleast 3-4 years in oil refining operation (preferably edible oil) or with OEM
