Job Description:

1. Market Expansion and Penetration: Developing and implementing strategies to enter new markets or increase share in existing markets.

2. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets in terms of volume and revenue.

3. Team Leadership and Development: Building, managing, and mentoring the sales team to achieve collective and individual goals.
