Position: General Manager - Talent Acquisition (HR)

Location: Chennai

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies

- Understand the organization's workforce needs and create strategic plans

- Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

- Understanding entire business and proactively identify, prioritize and address hiring needs.

- Defining TA Framework and Educating hiring managers about helping them to prepare job descriptions basis Behavioral & Technical competencies.

- Managing entire TA process and plan for enabling the same on technology platform.

- Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.

- Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies

- Ensure and improve overall candidate experience and measure effectiveness.

- Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs.

Job Specification:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Experience - 18-25 Years in Pan India Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

- Proven experience as a senior recruiter or talent acquisition specialist

- Strong networking abilities and the ability to build relationships with industry professionals, candidates, and stakeholders.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and executives.

- Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and other HR tools.
