Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Pharmaceutical Market Analyst with 2-3 years of experience post-MBA to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the pharmaceutical industry. Assist the leadership team in creating Business cases.

- Data Interpretation: Analyze sales data, market trends, and other relevant information to provide strategic recommendations to management.

- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market conditions, potential areas for growth, and risk assessment.

- Forecasting: Develop market forecasts and predictive models to aid in decision-making and strategic planning.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align market insights with business strategies.

- Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all strategies and operations adhere to legal standards.

- Competitor Analysis: Monitor and evaluate competitor activities, strategies, and performance to provide insights and recommendations for competitive positioning.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Graduation in Engineering/B.Pharm with MBA

- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical market, including key players, trends, and regulatory environment.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
