Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager Tendering (Fly Ash) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the tendering process for fly ash projects, including cost estimation, bid preparation, and client interaction.

Candidate should have prior experience in managing Logistics / transport operations tenders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee end-to-end tendering processes for fly ash projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

- Develop accurate costing models and prepare detailed estimates for projects, including materials, labor, overhead, and profit margins.

- Work closely with project managers, engineering, procurement, and sales teams to gather necessary information for tenders and ensure alignment on project deliverables.

- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies to enhance bid competitiveness.

- Prepare, review, and submit high-quality proposals and tenders, ensuring all technical and commercial aspects are adequately addressed.

- Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with tenders and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.

- Maintain relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders throughout the tender process, addressing inquiries and providing clarifications as needed.

- Implement best practices in the tendering process, seek feedback for improvements, and refine costing models based on project outcomes and market changes.

Qualifications:

- Any degree with 8 to 15 years of experience in tender management and bids.

- Should have experience in tender management or cost estimation, preferably in the construction, Infrastructure or fly ash industries.

- Proficiency in tendering software and tools for costing and bid management.

- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail in financial modelling and project costing.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
