Profile Overview:
The primary objective of this role is to efficiently oversee and coordinate Supply Chain and Infrastructure Development operations, while also ensuring the effective recruitment and management of drivers within the designated location. The goal is to optimize the logistical and operational aspects of the business, ensuring seamless supply chain activities, robust infrastructure, and a reliable team of drivers to support the organization's objectives in the specified area

Job Description:
- Vendor Ecosystem Development: Identify a minimum of 3 vendors for driver deployment, each with a capacity of at least 100 drivers currently available.
- Charging Infrastructure Development: Identify and establish collaboration with charging infrastructure providers in the designated location. Identify a minimum of three vendors capable of supporting a charging capacity of 50 vehicles per day.
- Inventory Management: Maintain complete and accurate records for all fleets and their associated accessories. Oversee the entire lifecycle of the vehicles, including periodic servicing, timely repairs, and rectifications. Collaborate with vehicle suppliers and any relevant third-party agencies, such as insurance companies, to ensure effective management.
- Relationship Management: Uphold the highest standards of transparency and integrity in all interactions. Ensure strict adherence to governance protocols and promptly address any grievances from stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee partner performance to ensure alignment with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Continuously monitor and assess partner performance to ensure they meet or exceed established benchmarks
