Refex Group - Head - Private Equity Fund Raising - CA/IIM/FMS/MDI

Position Responsibility: This position be based at Chennai corporate office, will be responsible for Equity fundraising for the group in diversified business.

Job Description:

- Responsible for private equity fundraising for the new projects

- Should have closed 3-4 mid to large ticket size PE/Investment deal (Average ticket size: Rs. 300-400 Cr.)

- End to End execution of Private Equity transactions

- Relationship management with Key PE funds (onshore and off-shore) and PE Consultants

- Support the PE deal in Investor relation, development, due diligence

- Skilled in Creating Financial models from scratch with advanced excel functions

- Expertise in the preparation of Pitch Deck (Investor's Presentation, Valuation model-DCF, Relative, SOTP)

- Skilled in industry research and financial benchmarking

- Skilled in analyzing the acquisition opportunity from a Merger and acquisition perspective.

- Should have hands-on experience in Transaction documents execution like NDA, Binding and Non-Binding Term sheet, Share Purchase agreement/ Share holders' agreement, Business Transfer agreement etc.

Desired Profile

- Engineering/CA & MBA Finance (Tier 1 Institute) with relevant experience in PE fund or Equity team of a Corporate of Repute

- Should have 5 to 7 yrs of relevant experience in Private Equity fund raising.

- Should have good experience in working for good deals and close it within a quick turnaround time.

- Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly.

- Excellent Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
