Position Overview: We are looking for a competent Insurance management professional who will help us to handle and manage all the insurance policy and documents across the department in renewals, procuring new policy and also manage all the claims and settlement. Responsibility: - All Insurance Claim management, renewals and new policy management. - Responsible to manage all the insurance related details and documents of the company. - Manage the entire insurance department and handle all the claims related with on time. - Negotiating with the vendors and partners for timely claims settlement and payment. - Technical guidance /tips to the site personnel so that the claim is tackled properly and the surveyor is satisfied with the cause of loss as per insurance terms and conditions. - Advising our site personnel / Technical Department in preparing claim documents in such a way so that we may get the maximum yield. - Negotiating the assessment of loss as per insurance terms with the Surveyor as well as with the Insurance Company towards technical clarifications. - Regular basis follow up with various departments and Sites towards preparation of claim documents to be in turn submitted to the surveyor as early as possible. - To Grow Up Good Relation with Insurance Companies on Behalf of The Company. - Manage all the renewals, new policy procurement. Desired Profile : - Any Graduation with 10+ yrs of experience in managing insurance claims. - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English. - Good interpersonal and analytical skills required. - Positive person and target oriented approach in nature. - Business acumen and flexible in nature.
