Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Chief Technology Officer to join our leadership team. As a key member of our executive team, the CTO will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our technology strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the effective use of technology across the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technology leadership, with experience in designing and leading digital strategies, process automation, and AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
2. Digital Transformation: Lead the design and implementation of digital solutions to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.
3. Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate business processes using new age technologies such as RPA, machine learning, and AI.
4. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
5. Technology Roadmap: Develop and maintain a technology roadmap that outlines the company's short-term and long-term technology plans.
6. Talent Development: Build and lead a high-performing technology team, focusing on talent development, retention, and succession planning.
7. Partnerships & Collaborations: Foster partnerships with external organizations to stay ahead of the curve in terms of technology trends and innovation.
8. Budgeting & Financial Planning: Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to drive business growth.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Experience: 15+ years of core tech implementation experience in leadership roles.
3. Skills:
o Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, data analytics, AI/ML, and software development
o Excellent leadership and management skills
o Strong communication and collaboration skills
o Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
o Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
4. Certifications: Certified IT Professional (CITP) or Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM) preferred.
