Refex Green Mobility is a dynamic and rapidly growing company committed to serve the B2B industry. With a strong focus on innovation and excellence, we are seeking a highly qualified Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team and lead our efforts in People Mobility and Logistics.
- You are responsible for planning, organizing, and managing multiple site operations adhering to the client needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes for Fleet Management System and definition of preventive or corrective measures to avoid process deviation.
- Identify and define critical metrics for the business.
- Identification and implementation of best practices for Fleet Management and maintenance.
- Establishing support systems for ensuring maximum uptime of the fleet round the clock viz., arrangements with charging stations in all the areas / location, suppliers, garages/service centers, insurance agencies, transport authorities etc.
- Liaison with OEMs for technical support
- Coordination with Training and Development activities of HR
- Liaisoning with respective State Government authorities regarding Fleet related issues.
- Implementation of review mechanisms and follow up measures.
- Implementation of Cost saving methods in charging, hubs and Repairs maintenance cost.
- Budget planning for Respective state fleet
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for People Mobility and Logistics, aligning with the overall organizational goals.
- Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall performance.
People Mobility:
- Oversee and optimize the movement of personnel within the organization, ensuring seamless transitions and employee satisfaction.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relocation, travel, and commuting.
Fleet Management:
- Manage the company's fleet, ensuring proper maintenance, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement strategies to optimize fleet utilization and reduce environmental impact.
Logistics Operations:
- Lead and streamline logistics operations, focusing on efficiency, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination between logistics and other departments.
Vendor Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Continuously evaluate and benchmark vendor performance to drive improvements.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards in People Mobility and Logistics:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize operational disruptions.
Performance Metrics:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and efficiency of People Mobility and Logistics operations.
- Regularly analyze data and reports to make informed decisions and improvements.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture within the team and across departments.
Qualifications:
- Any Master degree with 15+ yrs experience in Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on People Mobility, Fleet Management, and Logistics.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving organizational goals.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
