The ideal candidate should have a CA or an MBA in Finance from Top B-school.
Should have worked as a Chief of Staff in the current role or previous role. Must have good experience in strategy formulation and implementation, should have handled M&A and financial MIS & Restructuring.
Must be willing to relocate to Chennai

- Managing the meeting cadence for the board of directors and leadership team, ensuring materials are sent in advance, time is well spent, and objectives are achieved.

Position Experience and Qualification :
- An CA or Engineering degree with Post Graduation in business management from tier 1 business school (IIM/IIT) with minimum of 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience working with a consulting firm handling Strategy, Mergers and acquisitions is a must.
- Willing to relocate to Chennai HO.
