Chief Business Officer - ASH Business
Role & responsibilities :
Job Summary :
- We are seeking an exceptional Chief Business Officer to join our leadership team at Ash Business.
- As a key member of our executive team, the CBO will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth, increase revenue, and improve profitability & manage the P&L of the business.
- The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development, operations, and finance, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Industry :
- Power, Cement, ASH, Mining, Logistics, Transportation (Fly ash experience is must).
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development :
- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth, including market analysis, competitive research, and strategic partnerships.
Revenue Growth :
- Identify new revenue streams and opportunities to increase revenue, including developing pricing strategies and negotiating contracts.
Operational Excellence :
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality of services.
- Financial Management: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Strategic Planning :
- Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement the company's overall strategy.
Leadership :
- Lead and manage a team of business development, operations, and finance professionals.
Communication :
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, customers, and employees.
Preferred candidate profile :
Education :
- MBA - Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Experience :
- 15+ years of experience in business development, operations, or Sales in line with the flyash business.
Industry :
- Should have worked in Power plant, cement and Mining sector.
- Strong experience in Tenders & government liaison.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of business development and sales principles.
