Position Summary : The Business Development Manager will ensure developing new business/projects by analysing, collaborating and participating tenders. The Objectives of this role include : - Developing new business opportunities - Development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships - Research prospective projects / bids accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement - Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term projects pipeline in accordance with targets - Develop strategies and positions by analysing new venture integration - Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies Position Responsibility : - Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy - Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, qualification criteria, content creation, and inputs from various sources - Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead - Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals - Preparation of financial model for new business proposal. - Ensure successful bidding document management and submission - Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations - Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities - Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities - Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential Position Qualification, Experience, and Requirements : - BE/MBA or related qualification - 5 -10 years of business development experience in infrastructure assets. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in Advance Excel and Financial Modelling - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. - Excellent managerial and organizational abilities. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Willing to travel to meet customer and explore business opportunities
