About Redsky Technologies : RedSky is creating a Connected Retail Network leveraging our patented technology, to enable real-time market research &amp; insights, automated product replenishment, as well as enabling financial lending. RedSky platform allows brands to manage in-store activations in real-time, and optimize in-store, BTL, Digital and ATL spend. The platform enables competition tracking, shopper connect (in-store loyalty and shopper targeting), and other capabilities to our customers. Job Overview : - You will be responsible for the overall store owner experience, and ensuring that they get the best service levels. You will also be responsible for planning and support of network expansion in India, improving the efficiency of the field operations and rolling out Redsky services to their partner store network. You can expect to work on rollout of high-priority initiatives driven by the leadership. - The role will entail you to lead the central support team and drive store level initiatives by liaising with the field operations team. You will also be responsible for setting up and defining KPIs to measure progress towards these goals. By working closely with the leadership team, you will ensure that the strategic goals set are met by the respective teams. Responsibilities and Duties : - Build processes and metrics driven systems to support a fast growing company. The strategy needs to be built to ensure that service level to the customer are met at all times even when the network grows 5X - Lead support teams to ensure store complaints or breakdowns are addressed within the goals set by the company - Manage the team and look at team member's growth &amp; development, set priority, drive motivation &amp; engagement for the team members - Setup KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness of resources towards achieving best store experience - Build processes for field operations to ensure the operations strategy and on-ground execution go hand in hand and the system created beat plans are followed by field operations with minimum divergence - Drive Redsky services to the stores and ensuring adoption to Redsky products by the store owners - Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS) and prepare analytical reports for management to identify key issues Qualifications : - Tier 1 MBA, experience in operations preferred - Strong Excel/Google Spreadsheet &amp; SQL skills (preferred) - 1 to 3 years experience in operations, consulting, general management, or strategy roles
