Job Purpose : The individual will be responsible for running the entire organization's learning and development initiatives, along with on the floor employee Engagement activities. Location : Bangalore Key Expectation from the role : - Lead organization-wide Training initiatives by drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations at each level - Design, curate Training Programs for across the level - Deploy a wide variety of training methods including classroom, online, personalized training - Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions - Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them - Manage training budget, Lead OD, Learning &amp; Talent Management initiatives of the organization. - Curate a Leadership Effectiveness Program for critical talent. - Develop framework and statements for feedback to be deployed for senior leadership development. - Recommend the strategic roadmap for the organization in response to industry changes. - Talent Management through structured identification, engagement and talent development interventions along with creating a robust Succession pipeline for key roles. - Assessment of employees in order to develop, design and facilitate training programs - Improve the existing R&amp;R framework (a thought through action plan) - Communication of goal-setting with employees through one-on-ones so that each employee knows his/her KRAs for the year. Qualifications : - Master's Degree/MBA in Human Resources Management or related field from Tier 1 college is preferred.&nbsp; - Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Learning &amp; Development role with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management.
