As a Key Account Director, you will be responsible to develop and sustain a long-term strategic customer relationship for mutual growth, profitability, trust, loyalty, and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key account clients- needs and requirement
- Generating more revenue from exisiting accounts
- Examining product lines to see which lines sell into which clients, and how other lines may be introduced. Looking at product or service penetration into each account.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
