JOB DESCRIPTION – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Designation: Associate, Business Development; 2 positions to be filled

Location: One Associate each for Bangalore & Delhi. We are setting up our first virtual office in these 2 cities and the Associates will be our first representatives in these respective markets.

Minimum Qualification:

Passion for Sales, Business Development & Marketing

People with Business Development/Sales/Marketing experience will be preferred.

Experience: 6 months to 5 years

We prefer at least 6 months of experience; freshers please excuse!

What will you be expected to do?

Target all kinds of retail businesses (small/medium/large – right from supermarkets to salons); meet them on a daily/regular basis to sell the concept of mystery shopping. You will run with a list of prospects who you will educate/develop; market; and sell the concept of mystery shopping to.

If you have prior experience doing similar stuff, great – though that is never a mandate with us (we have hired most of our people without looking at CVs!)

Where will you be based? Delhi OR Bangalore.

For those of you applying for the Delhi or B'lore opening, please note that you will spend the initial 1-2 months bonding with the rest of the team in the Mumbai head office (some may even call it training!)

What will you earn?

If you have read through till here, we are willing to offer you whatever you want!! Nah – just kidding! Salary package will be Rs 2.5 – 4.5 lacs (including base incentives). But the sky is the limit at redquanta for people who outperform! Please do not apply & then negotiate for a higher pay; we are offering you an upside on the variable pay & hence CANNOT negotiate on the gross offered.

We seek candidates who were ‘born-to-sell’ & believe they can sell a comb to a bald person!!
