- As our Information Technology Associate, you will be the first line of defense for our Redesign Health workforce by managing our IT Helpdesk and providing an exceptional employee experience.

- You will also work collaboratively with our agile technology team to support the administration and configuration of our technology systems, and to support or lead key technology projects and implementations across Redesign.
- You will report to the Sr. Director of Technology Operations, and will work hours optimized for Eastern Standard Time.
Role & responsibilities:
- Work closely with our Technology Operations lead to resolve IT Helpdesk tickets and escalate as needed with a sense of urgency and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows for all Redesign Health employees.
- Support IT Security and Compliance processes, including quarterly access reviews for systems and security assessments for new tools.
- Optimize configuration, automation and workflows for our EDR (Crowdstrike) and SASE (Cloudflare) systems.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve any security incidents or findings lead process improvements for cybersecurity SOPs and incident response.
- Work with our IT Managed Service Provider to set up the technology stack for new Operating Companies.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Providing technical support for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems.
- Managing system administration for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and other best-in-class SaaS platforms.
- Administering mobile devicement management (MDM) using JAMF, Intune and OKTA Device Trust or comparable solutions.
- Configuring and administering access identity management (preferably OKTA).
- Using/configuring a ticketing system to manage and track work orders (preferably JIRA).
