Roles and Responsibility
- Contribute to the overall product roadmap by successfully managing the expectation of stakeholders across teams
- Partner to both tech and business teams, and with stakeholders across the company
- Employ data backed product development methodology to improve user experience and feature prioritization
- Employ a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.), quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc) data into product requirements
- Manage the entire product development cycle from conceptualization to implementation and regular iteration with Agile Methodology
- Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to understand the user behavior and is familiar with Analytical tools such as GA , Clevertap, Appsflyer
- Constantly analyze the product performance against ROI, KPIs and other metrics and is driven to improve performance
Skills Required
- 0-3 years of experience developing web products ideally with a background in technical product management
- Strong quantitative capabilities, and experience using analytics platforms (GA, GTM, Clevertap etc) to understand product usability.
- Understanding of project management and agile development methodologies
- Capacity to think strategically, and an ability to understand how product decision are tied to key business drivers
