Product Manager - Healthcare - Gurgaon

Responsibilities :

1. Working on new products from conceptualization to launch with complete ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset

2. Ideate vision statements, define a proof of concept, test hypothesis, define a go-to market strategy and independently execute on the strategy by collaborating with all business functions - Product, Engineering, Growth Marketing, Analytics and Customer Support to solve for the best customer experience across all touch points

3. Engage existing and potential customers directly, and decide the future of the product based upon a strong understanding of what customers value

4. Define success KPIs and build high efficient teams to drive user metrics to meet these KPIs

5. Implementing strategies to scale the product by optimizing for speed over accuracy over budget

6. Meet regularly with key customer facing teams to collect and analyse user feedback to shape new ideas and requirements

7. Implements usage tracking and analyze patterns to validate new feature requirement

8. Have strong solution skills in translating customer needs to functionalities

9. Convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate them to the key stakeholders

10. Coordinate with the leadership team to plan and deliver features on time

11. Stay on top of the market and competition
