Redcliffe Labs - Director - Corporate Development/Growth & Investor Relations

Profile : We are looking for a talented and results-driven person driving Investor Relations & Corporate Development who will be responsible for a wide range of activities related to corporate growth, business performance analysis, financial modeling, internal MIS, Board Presentation, M&A transactions, and stakeholder management. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with top management at the intersection of finance, strategy, and business development.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Investor Relations: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with investors and analysts, ensuring effective communication of the company's financial performance and strategic initiatives.

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Analyse P&L statements and financial data to provide insights for strategic decision making and investor communications.

- Financial Modelling: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of financial models to support financial planning, valuation, and strategic decision-making.

- Internal MIS and Board Presentation: Collaborate in the preparation of internal MIS and board presentations, ensuring clear and effective communication of financial performance and strategic updates.

- Strategic Finance: Assist in the company's strategic finance initiatives, with a focus on areas such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Forecasting.

- Market and Competition Analysis: Contribute to staying informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments to guide strategic planning and investor relations efforts.

- Stakeholder Management: Support the management of key stakeholder relationships, including senior management, investors, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Key skills :

- Prior experience in Investment Banking, Investment/Equity Research, or related fields is highly desirable.

- Proficient in financial modelling and P&L statements, financial analysis

- Effective presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.

- Proven ability to manage key stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

QUALIFICATION :

- Masters in finance or MBA /CA

- Experience : 7 to 10 years
