Job Description :


- Corporate Development: Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships, alliances, and acquisition opportunities, conduct thorough market research and due diligence on potential business development initiatives, Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry players.


- Investor Relations: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with investors and analysts, ensuring effective communication of the company's financial performance and strategic initiatives.


- Internal MIS and Board Presentation: Collaborate in the preparation of internal MIS (Investor MIS & Financial MIS etc) and board presentations, ensuring clear and effective communication of financial performance and strategic updates.


- Leading the program management of the revenue function along with the CEO and Co-founder


- Exploring inorganic growth opportunities and currently at term sheet stage with a leading player


- Working on exploring other various revenue opportunities and leading the partnerships vertical


- Lead the weekly team and management reviews of every function.


- Financial Planning & Analysis: Analyse P&L statements and financial data to provide insights for strategic decision-making and investor communications.


- Financial Modelling: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of financial models to support financial planning, valuation, and strategic decision-making.


- Market and Competition Analysis: Contribute to staying informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments to guide strategic planning and investor relations efforts.


- Stakeholder Management: Support the management of key stakeholder relationships, including senior management, investors, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.


Key skills :


- Proven experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or related areas.


- Strong understanding of financial analysis and modelling.


- Excellent communication and presentation skills.


- Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and industry professionals.


- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.


- Proficient in financial modelling and P&L statements, financial analysis


- Proven ability to manage key stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams


Qualifications :


- Masters in finance or MBA /CA


- Experience 4 to 6 years
