Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the quality drafting of various legal documents, including Agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and Deeds.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal consultants for comprehensive Legal Due Diligence.

- Take the lead in finalizing various agreements with prospective clients and partners.

- Represent the company in negotiations and conversations regarding legal contracts and agreements.

- Ensure the protection of the company against legal risks and potential violations.

- Advise management on regulatory, compliance, and legal issues, ensuring adherence to current regulations and guidelines.

- Provide guidance on transactional closures, including fundraise, signing documents related to Investment and Shareholder Agreements, Right of First Refusal, Commercial and Business Transfer Agreements, Acquisition on Slump Sale, and Revenue Sharing Agreements.

- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless execution of legal documentation in complex business transactions.

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to negotiate effectively.

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws (B.LL.) degree required. Master of Laws (LL.) degree preferred.

- Minimum 3-4years of demonstrable experience in corporate law is essential.
