Position Summary:

- The App Growth Manager (Organic) will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase organic downloads, improve user retention, and drive overall engagement for our mobile app.

- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ASO (App Store Optimization), content marketing, and community building.

Key Responsibilities:

1. App Store Optimization (ASO):

- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improving app visibility.

- Optimize app store listings (titles, descriptions, screenshots, etc.) for higher rankings and conversion rates.

- Monitor and analyze ASO performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Track and analyze key metrics such as downloads, user retention, and engagement.

- Generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of organic growth initiatives.

- Use insights to continuously refine and improve growth strategies.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the product, marketing, and design teams to align growth strategies with overall business goals.

- Coordinate with external partners and influencers to amplify organic growth efforts.
