Redcliffe Lab - Finance Analyst

- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support various business initiatives, including forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.

- Business Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare comprehensive business plans, including financial projections, investment analysis, and performance metrics.

- P&L and Balance Sheet Analysis: Analyze and interpret financial statements, P&L statements, and balance sheets to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Provide recommendations based on analysis.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, management reports, and executive summaries to support strategic decision-making.

- Investment Analysis: Assist in evaluating potential investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, by conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and valuation exercises.

- Presentation Skills: Develop compelling presentations and present financial analysis and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.

- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and potential risks or opportunities.

- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance financial analysis tools, models, and processes to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure financial models and analysis comply with regulatory standards and internal controls. Identify and mitigate financial risks.

- Collaborative Work: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Strategy, to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
