Position: Regional Sales Manager
Location- Delhi, Jaipur, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai

Job Description:
- Handle sales of RedCarpet Ruby Card via agent network
- Responsible for hiring agents in assigned locations.
- Manage and train team of City manager( CM's), Territory sales managers(TSM's) in the assigned City
- Hire new City Manager, territory sales manager and business development manager in the city
- Ensure optimum performance in meeting the stipulated sales target via agents network
- Coordination with agents when requested by management and supporting them to meet the sales target and increase productivity.
- Attend to agent concerns and complaints and undertake steps to resolve them.
- Planning and execution of sales and marketing activities
Job responsibility:
- Meet the targets of the cities
- Train and motivate CM- s, TSM's on regular basis
- Organise team meeting and events in the city for motivation and training of teams
- Morning meeting with all team members at fixed time every day
- Review of each member face to face
- Send review mail to Sales head and marked to team member
- Send day end report to Sales head by 9 AM next day morning
- Review Brand Ambassador of team members once a week on fixed time slots
- Send Brand Ambassador review report on mail to Sales head
- Meet every Brand Ambassador once a month - post a selfie with BA on group :)
Job requirements:
- 3+ year of experience in sales
- Good communication skills in Hindi or English
- Experience in BFSI industry preferred
- Personal attributes:
- Ability to work in a complex environment.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative and relationship building skills.
- Highly organised, able to work under pressure to strict deadlines, prioritising tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and passionate, self-starter
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
