Role & Responsibilities :
1. Analyse current sales trends from different channels of RedCarpet
2. Give feedback to sales team based on the analysis of sales data and trend
3. Develops and updates marketing performance of current and historical campaigns
4. Build dashboards and reports for RedCarpet Stakeholders
5. Work closely with product managers & business stakeholders to become a source data expert
6. Builds personas and buyer journeys based on analysis
7. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); track traffic and conversion rates and provide recommendations and improvements to the proposition
8. Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
9. Develop Cross channel (both online and offline) performance insights hidden deep within the marketing data
10. MIS insights to adjust the online and offline advertising strategies and tactics to significantly increase the ROI of marketing mix.
Skill Requirement:
1. 1-3 years of experience is required in data analytics
2. SQL + Python+ Jupyter notebook Knowledge must
3. Solid understanding of RDBMS, and data modeling for scalability and performance.
4. Strong with Excel, Google Data Studio and/or Google Sheets
5. Proactive problem-solving ability
6. Excellent communication ability
7. Experience with BI systems (Tableau, Power BI etc) and knowledge of scripting languages will be an added advantage
