RedCarpet is a digital lender for the next billion users. We are looking for a smart, highly motivated, individual to lead the supply side of our credit program. If you are comfortable in an all-hands-on-deck startup environment, and love solving challenging problems around credit/lending to the underserved in India, this is the place for you.

What you will need:

- You have very deep business acumen and are a strong problem solver.

- You are highly driven and resourceful. You plan meticulously and execute tightly. You will be hands on.

- You have about 2+ years of work experience setting up/managing DSA channel for a banks / NBFC / fintech

What you will do :

- New business volumes and growth through DSA channels.

- Acquiring and on-boarding new DSAs, and assisting them in achieving their targets and driving them towards company goals.

- Explore and open new avenues/channels/partnerships for quality sourcing tapping prospects

- Managing channel partners to ensure profitable business
