About Red Health:

We are a growing healthcare technology company dedicated to transforming the way people access care - providing fast and reliable healthcare services through our innovative mobile app.

As we expand our user base, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in scaling app installations, growing our Daily Active Users (DAU), and increasing Monthly Active Users (MAU).

This is a high-impact role where you'll play a critical part in driving our growth strategy and mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy Leadership:

- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to acquire, engage, and retain users across multiple channels (e. , social media, app store optimization, content marketing, email marketing, paid advertising).

- Set ambitious, measurable goals for user acquisition, activation, and retention.

- Own the strategy to grow app installs, DAU, and MAU.

Data-Driven Execution:

- Lead the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), customer lifetime value (CLTV), and user engagement metrics.

- Conduct A/B tests and analyze user behavior to continuously optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.

- Leverage data and insights to identify new growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product features and user needs.

- Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop high-quality marketing materials.

Innovation & Experimentation:

- Foster a culture of experimentation to test new marketing strategies, channels, and user engagement tactics.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in growth marketing and mobile app marketing.

Impact-Driven Marketing:

- Build marketing strategies that resonate with our mission to provide fast, accessible healthcare, focusing on reaching people who need timely care.

What You Bring:

- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of scaling mobile apps, driving DAU/MAU, and improving user acquisition and retention.

- Experience with a variety of marketing channels, including social media, app store optimization (ASO), content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.

- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with experience using data analysis tools (e. , Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e. , Marketo, Hubspot) is a plus.

- A deep understanding of healthcare, tech, and/or mobile app ecosystems is a plus
