Role Overview:

- As the SEO & Social Media Community Specialist, you will spearhead efforts to optimize our online presence, grow our social media community, and increase visibility across search engines.

- Your primary responsibility will be to attract and engage gaming enthusiasts, while building a vibrant and loyal community around our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Management:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive high-quality traffic.

- Conduct targeted keyword research specific to the gaming industry, and create content plans around high-impact keywords.

- Optimize on-page SEO elements, including meta tags, titles, URLs, and internal linking structures.

- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

- Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and video scripts that align with overall brand goals.

Social Media Strategy & Community Management:

- Design and implement both organic and paid creative campaigns to increase brand visibility on major social platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit.

- Actively engage with gaming communities by responding to comments, initiating discussions, and fostering a strong rapport with followers.

- Monitor gaming trends, relevant hashtags, and online conversations to develop engaging content.

- Coordinate and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to extend the platform's reach and engagement.

- Maintain and update a content calendar aligned with key gaming events, product updates, and emerging trends.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and report on campaign performance across SEO and social media channels, focusing on KPIs such as organic traffic, follower growth, engagement rates, and conversions.

- Analyze performance data and leverage insights to refine strategies, maximizing return on investment (ROI).

Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and content creators, to ensure brand consistency and an optimized user experience across all platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in SEO and social media management, preferably within the gaming industry.

- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit).

- Experience with content strategy and creation, including the ability to optimize content for search engines and social media platforms.

- Excellent communication and community management skills, with a passion for gaming.

- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to continuously improve performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Experience in paid media campaigns and influencer marketing within the gaming space.
