Specialist/Senior Manager - Inside Sales


As the Senior Manager - Inside Sales at Recykal, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leading our inside sales team in generating and qualifying leads, closing sales with consumer brand clients, and ensuring the integrity of CRM data. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine strategies for lead generation and contribute qualitative insights based on your interactions with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and generate leads through research and outbound prospecting efforts.

- Focus on consumer brand clients interested in sustainability-focused waste management solutions. Understand the sustainability goals and waste management challenges of leads.

- Determine the fit for Recykal's solutions, ensuring only qualified leads are passed to the sales team and Efficiently manage the sales pipeline.

- Update CRM systems with accurate lead information.

- Track interactions and prioritize follow-up activities.

- Ensure regular updates and maintenance of CRM data by the sales team.

- Maintain accuracy and completeness of lead information. Provide qualitative feedback to the -marketing team.

- Enhance lead generation strategies and marketing campaigns based on interactions with leads and prospects.

- Develop a deep understanding of Recykal's technology platform and value proposition.

- Effectively communicate how our solutions address the specific needs of consumer brand clients.

- Showcase Recykal's platform capabilities, address prospect inquiries, and close sales opportunities.

- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and identify new business opportunities within the target market.

- Qualify leads through effective communication and needs assessment to determine fit for our services.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.

- Understand client requirements and pain points to effectively position our services as solutions to their challenges.

- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our services.

- Work closely with the sales team to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to effectively position our services in the market.

Role Requirements:

- Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the B2B industry in India.

- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and techniques.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Analytical and process-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Demonstrated ability to hire, retain, and mentor a growing team.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
