Recykal is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual for Growth Marketing to join our team. The
ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, a proven track record of
driving growth for technology-driven companies and passion for sustainability .
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Has experience of marketing to (and not for) one or more of the following - enterprises/consumer brands, MSMEs/manufacturers/recyclers and SMEs/retainlers/waste aggregators.
- Understand, Recykal's products/solutions, their target audiences , pain points and value propositions
- Ideate, disruptive marketing projects that scale acquisition & retention for Recykal's business verticals
- Substantiate the ideas with detailed execution plans defining program objectives and KPIs, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI. with milestones and timelines
- Accelerate, the execution done by digital, social, brand and content teams
- Analyze, marketing project performances and calibrate to improve ROI
- Report, project performance dashboards to management with the key areas success and learnings
- Track, and Manage marketing spending efficiently and effectively across channels including Facebook campaigns, Google UAC campaigns, Ad networks and social media campaigns.
Skill Sets Expected:
- Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
- Strong understanding of ideal customer profiles, target audiences, and value propositions.
- Experience with utilizing multiple marketing channels to communicate with target audiences.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and generating informative reports.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to drive and ensure goal congruence with the execution team.
- At least 4 to 7 years of experience in Digital or Social Media Advertising.
- A stronghold on Web Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics-driven marketing.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment.
